GUARANTEES AND DELIVERY
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, office hours. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Delivery lead time from payment receipt is:
ITALY: 1-4 working days (depending on the method of delivery required)
EUROPE: 2-5 working days
OTHER COUNTRIES: 3-6 working days
SUNGAL srl assumes no liability for errors of the buyer in describing or send the address where the items must be sent, as well as errors, losses, delays and any other situation not directly dependent on SUNGAL srl. If the buyer has decided to not to insure the package, no refund can be paid.
ITALY / EUROPE: two delivery attempts will be made, after the second attempt the order will be returned to our warehouse.
OUT OF EUROPE: two delivery attempts will be made, if the forwarder won’t find a receiving person the goods will be stored in the nearest post office for 10 days; after this period the goods will be returned to our warehouse.
When the goods are returned, for failure to consign, we will notify the customer the procedure and the additional amount he should pay for a new delivery attempt. The goods will be shipped after reciveing the payment on our account. The payment should be made within 20 days by notification. After this period goods and payments will be kept by SUNGAL srl as cost reimbursement.
We don’t deliver to PO Boxes. In case you will be asked an alternate address; if not provided within 5 days from our request the order will be cancelled.
