- Standard shipment is free: delivery in 4 working days (except remote areas)
- Express shipment: 6,00€: delivery in 1 working day (except remote areas)

The import duties are to be paid by the customer. (Extra Fees should be paid by the customer)
All duties and customer extra-fees are to be paid by the recipient.
RETURN POLICY:
A. If you are a costumer, live in Italy and you want to cancel your contract with SUNGAL srl in relation to products purchased from our Online store, the return is FREE for one product if you:
1) Use the return form inside the package
2) Return methods: delivery to a qualified Postal office or pick up request at the number 803.160;
3) The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
4) The identification tag should still be attached to the products;
5) The products should be returned, complete in their original packaging;
6) Products from the same order should be returned in the same shipment;
7) The products should be rendered, within the 96h working days from the acceptance of the return
B. If you are a costumer, don't live in Italy and you want to cancel your contract with SUNGAL srl in relation to products purchased from our Online store, you should:
1) Notify in writing to info@bikinimima.it, within 48h from the products receipt, your "NOT NATIONAL RETURN REQUEST" including: order number, item description (code) and the reason of the cancellation. You should keep a record of your cancellation notice;
2) The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
3) The identification tag should still be attached to the products;
4) The products should be returned, complete in their original packaging;
5) Products from the same order should be returned in the same shipment;
6) The products should be shipped back, within the 96h working days from the acceptance of the return to:

In the shipment documents you should make reference to the order number.
7) Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by SUNGAL srl, as SUNGAL srl cannot accept responsibility for goods not received or damaged during the shipment. A proof of signature is required to confirm receipt.
8) All return postage and duties costs are to be paid by the customer.
C. If you cancel the contract in accordance with the above list we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any event within 14 days from the day of the acceptance of the return.
SUNGAL srl will refund the price of the product in full (the shipment and delivery costs as well as import duties are not refundable). The refund will be credited to those who made the payment.
D. If procedure above is not complied, the customer will not be entitled to refund.
E. Import duties and sales taxes are nonrefundable by SUNGAL srl; however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
